The project involves the comprehensive reform of a house near the sea in
southern Spain. The house with more than 30 years old, was recently
bought by a family of English origin and needed intervention:
A) Reform and protect the structure, badly damaged by the marine environment.
B) Redesign living spaces and their relationship with the environment and magnificent views towards the sea. Demolition of existing partitions to create a new distribution.
C) Aesthetically adapt the house to the needs of the new owners.
D) Redesign access and balcony area.
E) Create a new pool linked to the terrace.
F) Demolishing the existing stairs and create a new one.
G) Strengthen floors with problems of internal curvature.
H) Creating new light enters through zen interior patios.
I) Refine the entry of sunlight in the toughest guidelines.
J) Make a new upper floor over the existing one.
